Mines can elect to use a MINEVIEW™ team to review reports and alerts received from Mineview   

 

The Mineview team can focus on high-lighted alerts and event scenarios or carry out other tasks, with Mineview’s automation process doing the monitoring and alerting task  

 

With Mineview alerting direct to key relevant site areas and supervision, this has allowed for use of Mineview team on day shift and in cases only during the week, while maintaining 24 hour coverage from Mineview’s automation process  

 

Mines can elect to utilize Mineview personal for this or utilize their own staff in this role with Mineview support if required
